As most of you probably know the Plaza’s last day of operation will be Thursday, June 23rd.
We did everything we could to save the club but, in the end, it became very clear that both the City of Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Unified School District were far more interested in money than community. We sincerely thank all of you for your incredible support throughout this difficult time.
All that said, we haven’t given up. We are currently working on a possible alternative site to relocate the Plaza Racquet Club. We hope to have an answer to our proposal at the end of June. Once we do, we will update our website and send a message to everyone for whom we have a legible email address. Please make sure we have yours before our closing date.
The Plaza Racquet Club is a very special place. We will always cherish the memories that we’ve shared with each of you.
