We hope that you have had a terrific summer enjoying family, friends and favorite activities here in the desert and/or in cooler climates. We warmly welcome you back to another fun-filled season of tennis at Plaza Racquet Club, where many exciting events and programs are planned for the coming season.
One of the many unique benefits of belonging to the Plaza Racquet Club is that we can readily arrange suitable matches for you, whether you are a beginning, intermediate, or advanced Tennis player. With that in mind, feel free to call us at least the day before you would like to play a game.
As you will see from the Tennis Schedule, there will be several opportunities in the coming months to improve your game, either through weekly clinics, or competitive and tournament play. We hope you’ll join us as the season goes into “full swing” and that you’ll come out and play regularly.

Congratulations to our USTA Men’s 4.0 and 4.5 teams. Both teams won the deserts spring league championships for the fifth year in a row. Although neither team advanced past the sectionals in July, both teams were extremely competitive. This years goal will be to have a team make nationals!!
The USTA will be offering league Tennis beginning in January and the Plaza will be fielding many teams at all levels. If you are interested in playing on any of these teams inquire in the Pro Shop for more info.
